Midway through the project, it became clear that we had to find a way to reach multiple companies in different time zones. In a matter of days, Troy and his team developed eAudit that was immune to the distance constraints that had earlier threatened the project.

During his graduate program, Troy reliably managed the Center for Aviation Human Factors and provided teaching assistance. Many students have sought his tutorship, and many have shared with me their appreciation of his clear reasoning and encouraging attitude.

I have worked with Troy on integrated flight decks and he is very productive in completing his often changing list of tasks on time. Troy leverages the ability to comprehend various new ideas quickly and subsequently perform them at a high level of quality.
